Information we use

• Name and email supplied at checkout.
• Purchase, price, product and membership identifiers needed to verify access.
• Support messages and information you choose to send us.
• A signed secure entitlement cookie used to remember verified purchase/session state.

Payments

Payment-card entry is handled by Stripe Checkout. Full card details do not pass through or get stored by this site. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

How information is used

We use relevant information to process and verify transactions, deliver purchased resources, maintain membership access, prevent entitlement abuse, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal/accounting obligations.

Secure entitlement cookie

The production implementation uses an HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax signed entitlement cookie. It is used to re-verify purchased access and is not treated as an advertising identifier.

Third-party services

The product may rely on service providers including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and OpenAI/ChatGPT for linked custom GPT experiences. When you follow a link to a third-party service, that service’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Analytics

This release does not promise that analytics are enabled. If analytics or additional tracking is introduced, the public notice and any required consent controls should be updated before relying on that tracking.

Retention and security

Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably required for transactions, customer access, support, security and legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
