These terms describe the ETIENNE SEAN digital bundle, optional SoS Governance Protocol and SoS Builders Club membership sold through this site. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded or restricted.
1. ETIENNE SEAN bundle
The ETIENNE SEAN bundle is a one-time digital purchase priced at $11 unless a different approved price is displayed before checkout. It includes access to the purchased Etienne custom GPT bundle plus the included Project Formula, approved Creative GPT bonuses and Etienne Redprints.
“Lifetime” describes access to the purchased bundle for as long as the relevant product/access channel remains reasonably available; it is not a guarantee that third-party platforms, models or features will exist unchanged forever.
2. Optional SoS Governance Protocol
The SoS Governance Protocol is an optional $7 one-time digital add-on. It is not preselected and remains separate from Builders Club membership.
3. Immediate digital supply and cancellation
ETIENNE SEAN and the Governance Protocol are digital content intended for immediate supply after verified payment. Before checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge the effect that beginning supply can have on the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right for digital content.
This policy does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
If access has not begun, or if there is duplicate billing, failed delivery, a material product-access defect or another issue requiring a statutory or support remedy, contact support@saveourstartup.org.
4. SoS Builders Club
SoS Builders Club is a separate recurring membership at $149/month. Eligible verified Etienne buyers may receive a first-month rate of $111 during the approved buyer window, after which the membership renews at $149/month until cancelled.
There is no minimum membership term. You may cancel future renewal through the available account-management route or by contacting builders@saveourstartup.org or support@saveourstartup.org. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. Used billing periods are not automatically prorated, but duplicate/erroneous charges and statutory rights remain subject to appropriate remedy.
Builders Club benefits may include live/private building sessions, project reviews, member systems and builder collaboration. Exact schedules, specific tools and member activities can change and are communicated separately. Membership does not include unlimited 1:1 consulting or guarantee project success, revenue, deployment or technical outcomes.
5. AI-assisted output
Etienne and related GPTs provide AI-assisted planning, specifications, research support, prompts, troubleshooting and project direction. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions, credentials, source review, testing, security, privacy, legal/compliance review and deployment approval.
6. Third-party platforms
Parts of the experience depend on third-party services such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Stripe and hosting infrastructure. Their availability, account requirements and platform rules are outside Save Our Startup’s direct control. We do not promise that third-party features remain unchanged.
7. Payment and access
Payments are processed by Stripe. This site does not collect your full card number. Customer resources unlock only after server-side verification of the relevant Stripe purchase or active membership state.
8. Support

9. Changes
We may update these terms prospectively when products, laws or operational processes change. The version presented at checkout is recorded for supported production checkout sessions.
