Billing, refunds & general support

For billing questions, duplicate charges, failed delivery, cancellation requests, refund questions or anything that does not fit elsewhere, email support@saveourstartup.org.

Include enough detail to identify the order.

Send the email address used at checkout, the product involved and a short description of the issue. Do not email full payment-card details or account credentials.

Builders Club cancellation

Builders Club has no minimum term. You can request cancellation of future renewal through the available account-management route or by contacting support. Where cancellation is processed, access normally continues through the already-paid billing period unless a statutory right or support remedy requires otherwise.

Technical issues

If a purchased link or resource does not open, send the URL you were using, the approximate time, browser/device and the error message or screenshot. Do not send private API keys or other secrets.
